Welcome to Inspirit Behavioral Health
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and participation in services provided by Inspirit Behavioral Health, located in Asheville, NC. By accessing our website or engaging in services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer outpatient mental health therapy, including individual, group, couples, and family counseling. We also provide supervision for associate-level clinicians (LCMHCA) and community-based events.
2. Eligibility
To receive therapy services, you must:
Be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent)
Reside in North Carolina for telehealth services (unless otherwise licensed)
Provide accurate and truthful information during intake
3. No Emergency Services
Inspirit Behavioral Health is not a crisis center. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or contact the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
4. Insurance and Billing
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. For out-of-network clients, we can provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.
It is your responsibility to understand your mental health coverage and to make payment for any co-pays, deductibles, or services not covered.
5. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Please discuss policies directly with your clinician during intake.
6. Confidentiality and Records
Therapy is confidential in accordance with state and federal laws. Clinical records are securely maintained and accessible only by authorized personnel. Clients may request a copy of their records in writing.
7. Technology Use
By using our website or telehealth services, you agree to:
Not misuse our platform (e.g., hacking, misrepresentation)
Not reproduce or redistribute our site content without permission
Ensure your own internet security when using telehealth
8. Inclusivity and Respect
Inspirit Behavioral Health is committed to affirming all identities. We do not tolerate discriminatory behavior based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, size, ability, or age. We reserve the right to end services if a client behaves in a disrespectful or harmful manner.
9. Termination of Services
Therapy may be paused or terminated for clinical, ethical, or administrative reasons. You will receive referrals if we are no longer able to meet your needs or scope of care.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
